Jim elliot...thats the dad in the end of the spear...and i'm preeeetty sure his sons last name, the main character in the movie, is still elliot...so get things straight DAVE!

Yes. You are right. Jim Elliot was killed by the tribe in "the end of the spear." As was Nate Saint, and three other men.
And Nate Saint's son's name is Steve.
